Rauma Vandre is spun from 100% Norwegian wool (half of those from Spælsau sheep) by Rauma in Romsdalen, Norway.
Wool from Spælsau has very long fibers, making a very hard-wearing yarn that can be used for socks. Wash the finished socks in the washing machine at 40 degrees, using a program that runs for an hour. The fibers settle in, making your socks stronger and softer. Shape the wet socks and let them dry flat.
