This yarn consists of 65% kid mohair and 35% merino wool. It is produced in South Africa adhering to strict animal welfare standards.
2-ply kid mohair is a shiny, lightweight yarn that can be worked into light and warm clothing using 3-3.5 mm needles. Also works very well when held together with another yarn.
This yarn is ready for knitting. It is washed, but it can be dyed, as the put up is skeins that work well for dyeing. The shiny fibers accept dyes easily.
